Stair Climber

Henry is a little stair climber. It's his favorite thing to do. Sadly, he does not know how to come down the stairs safely yet so he gives us mini heart attacks constantly when we find him upstairs. He's sneaky. We've tried to barricade the stairs with an ottoman, pieces of wood, chairs, heavy suitcases, etc. and he STILL manages to push everything out of the way and crawls up. If, for some reason, he can't push the blockades aside...he climbs up the outside of the stairs! At least Grandma and Grandpa J's house has carpeted stairs and a couple landings. I'm nervous about the slippery wood stairs at our house.

 

 

I'll feel much better when he can learn to come down the stairs...the sooner the better for this little climber.
